"Nurturing Neurodiversity" Workshop for Caregivers Sponsored by J J Roy

Friends of Kelberman were relaxed and recharged after a recent free workshop, created by yoga teacher JJ Roy. This special workshop was designed as a restorative experience for those caring for individuals with autism, offering a chance to find inner peace, compassion, and balance. Instructor Karen Nourizadeh, a certified Yoga Therapist, guided participants through practical techniques for stress relief, mindfulness and self-care. We are incredibly grateful to JJ Roy for his vision, dedication and heartfelt support of our community. His generosity not only brought this experience to life but also reminded caregivers that their well-being matters too.
