Caregiver Learning Series: From Meltdowns to Motivation: Managing Behavior and Rewarding Success

This 4-week Caregiver Learning Series will involve an interactive training focused on understanding how and why your child’s challenging behavior may be useful to them and strategies for shifting motivation from harmful behaviors to adaptive behaviors. Clinicians from Kelberman’s Applied Behavior Analysis Program will work with caregivers to help them better understand potential triggers for their child’s behavior and to make sense of how the day-to-day events happening around the child may impact their motivation to engage in challenging behavior. Strategies for minimizing challenging behavior and identifying replacement skills will also be shared.
